Need a hand?

Most fixes are one tap away. Here’s which tap.

My song didn’t finish.

Open it and tap Try again. Sometimes the studio is busy and a song takes too long. It happens, it’s not you.

A word is sung weird.

Change the lyrics before you make the full song, and spell words the way they should be sung. “Gonna” beats “going to” every time.

How do I keep a song?

Your finished songs stay in Your music. Everyone can share a listening link or make a video. With Whim Pro, tap Share, then Save song to export an MP3.

How do I delete my stuff?

On Home, tap the three dots, then Delete everything. That removes your library and songs from our active service. In a build with Sign in with Apple, Whim also requests revocation of its sign-in connection. If Apple is unavailable, your library is still deleted and Whim retries the revocation. If deletion itself fails, try again or email us.

How do I restore my songs?

In a build with Sign in with Apple, sign in with the same Apple account on your new device. The guest TestFlight library uses a key saved on your phone; iCloud Keychain may carry it to another iPhone. If your songs do not return, email us with a song title and approximate creation date. Never email an Apple token or installation key.

Still stuck?

Write to us. A real person reads it.
